I don’t think I’ve actually tried using FutureMe in the past, but the name and concept sounds familiar. It was mentioned on Melyssa Griffin’s “30 Ways to Feel Like You Accomplished Something Today” article (see #25) and thought I might give it a shot.

Basically it’s like a time capsule; you write a letter to yourself, and choose how far into the future you want it delivered. I set mine to a year from now. Provided I’m still using that same e-mail then, we’ll see how it all turns out. It was a sort of long winded letter and I harassed my future self for laughing at how overdramatic I am.
